Materials and Finishes We Work With

• Austenitic grades: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 - general purpose, food grade and marine service.
• Ferritic and duplex grades: 430, 2205, 2507 - higher strength and chloride resistance.
• Thickness range: 0.5 mm to 20 mm sheet and plate, plus tube, angle and channel for frames.
• Finish options: 2B mill finish, BA bright annealed, No.4 brushed, 8K mirror, glass bead blasting.

• Mill test certificate (MTC) with heat number supplied for each production batch.
• First article inspection report with dimensional data and photos before mass production.
• In-process checks after cutting, forming and welding; final dimensional report on request.

3. You approve the price and we produce a sample or first article for confirmation.
4. Mass production starts after approval, with inspection reports through the run.
5. Parts are packed for export and shipped with full documentation.
