Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Fabrication for Wastewater Treatment Equipment

We manufacture stainless steel frames and sheet metal components for wastewater treatment equipment, including screening systems, sludge dewatering units, aeration tanks and chemical dosing skids. Every frame is fabricated in-house from SS304 or SS316L sheet and tube, laser cut, formed and TIG welded to your drawings, then inspected before packing.

Fabrication Capability

Quality Control at Every Stage

1. Incoming material mill certificate (MTC) and grade verification by spectrometer
2. First-article inspection against your 2D drawing and 3D model
3. Welding inspection: visual, penetration test, and dye-penetrant check on request
4. Dimensional report, hole-position check and flatness check before packing
5. Corrosion protection: passivation and protective film for sea freight

Ordering Process

Send your DWG, STEP or PDF drawing with material grade, thickness, finish requirement and target quantity. We return a quotation with drawing review notes within two working days. Samples can be produced before series orders, and we keep the approved drawing and fixtures on file for repeat orders so lead times shorten from the second batch onwards.

Packaging and Delivery

• Parts separated by PE film and edge protectors, banded on plywood pallets
• Export-grade seaworthy packing with desiccant and VCI film
• Assembly drawings and part-number labels attached to every bundle
• Lead time: 15–25 days for series orders after drawing approval
