Fabrication Capabilities

• Laser cutting: 6000W fiber laser, up to 12mm carbon steel and 8mm stainless steel, cutting tolerance +/-0.1mm
• CNC bending: 100T and 160T press brakes with 3200mm bending length, +/-0.2mm angle accuracy
• Welding: TIG, MIG and spot welding, full-penetration seams polished and pickled on request
• Machining: CNC milling and turning for bosses, bushings and threaded inserts
• Surface finish: brushed, mirror polish, bead blasting, powder coating, electropolishing and passivation

Each part is wrapped in pearl wool, separated by bubble film and packed in a plywood case or reinforced carton.
