SUS304 Sterile Isolator Glove Port Enclosure for Medical Aseptic Filling Lines

This sterile isolator is a custom fabricated stainless steel enclosure built for aseptic handling of pharmaceutical and medical devices. The shell is formed from 304 stainless steel plate, laser cut, CNC bent and fully welded, then brushed or mirror polished to a Ra 0.8 or better internal finish so the working chamber can be cleaned and disinfected without residue traps. Glove ports, HEPA filtration modules, pass boxes and control panels are integrated at the factory, and every unit is pressure tested and leak checked before shipment.

• Round or oval glove ports with interchangeable gloves, 4 to 12 ports per unit.
• H14 HEPA filtration with negative or positive pressure operation and digital differential pressure gauge.
• Tempered glass or polycarbonate viewing panels with flush mounted frames.
• Integrated transfer pass box with interlocked doors and UV or VHP decontamination options.
• Cleanable caster wheels with brake, levelling feet available for fixed installation.
• Continuous weld seams ground and polished, no exposed fasteners inside the chamber.

Our Fabrication Scope

We produce stainless steel shredder machines and also provide comprehensive stainless steel sheet metal fabrication services. Our machining workshop has served the domestic market since 2013, supplied OEM stainless steel sheet metal parts to the Japan market from 2014, and started OEM service for the UK market in 2022.
