The working principles of the machine is like a scissors, twisted rotary blade design, high-speed rotary cutting, make the cutter machine more efficient and energy-saving (see below blades samples)

The discharge port is designed with removable sieve mesh(for F series), the size of mesh can be customized as your final size request, totally meet your different and uniform discharge size request, additionally, we can also equipped the machine with dusty removal device, opening to fiber device, sorting device according to your needs

Operate and maintenance tips

Put the machine on a open flat place, avoid tilt

After install, please firstly running the empty machine for 30 minutes to check every parts

Please sharpening the device according to our suggestion

Please operate and maintenance the machine according to the user manual

If any problems happened, firstly stop the machine and contact us, we will solve your problems in the first time, before the problems solved, please do not open the machine

Adjust the space bettween moving blades and fix blades when necessary
