* Our design cutting machine adopt rotary twisted blades, the working principles of the machine is like a scissors, twisted rotary blade design, high-speed rotary cutting with the sharp blades, more efficiency and power saving 
 

The discharge port is with removable mesh screen, screen size can be customizable, mini to 2mm, totally meet your different and uniform discharge size request 
 

Take model 2400F for example, the blades length is 1200mm, 8 pcs rotary blades, 2 pcs stationary blades, each rotary blades  round cutting 16 times, the rotary blades is around 300 rpm, it means there will be 4800 times cutting in one mnute, according to our client feedback, the maximum hourly capacity up to 10 tons
