We supply blades sharpener device for our cutting machine, just sharpening the blades regularly as we recommend you, no need remove the blades for sharpening, easy maintenance
The cutting blades use alloy tool steel materials, beside, it's replaceable, totally ensure the machine long lifespan

Adopt alloy tool steel cutting blades, generally it can be used for 12-24 months or even longer, depend on below

* Your cutting request, capacity and cutting size request

Maintenance Tips
* Sharpening the knifes according to our suggestion
* Place the machine on a open and flat ground, avoid tilting
* Pleas running the empty machine for more than 30 minutes, to check if every parts running well
* Avoid metal and other solid materials, that may damage the cutting blades

Guarantee
* 12 months after machine arrived
* Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors, Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price
