Desing & Capacity

Adopt rotating twisted knife design, with application of oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, much power saving compare with regular shredder in the market, hourly capacity can be up to 8,000KG per hour

Cutting Size

The discharge port is designed with removable sieve mesh, mesh size can be customized according to your final cutting size request, totally meet you different and uniform discharge size request

Low Power Consumption

With the design advantage and special 8P cutting motor, a smaller power motor can operate the machine no problem, much more power saving, and save your electric cost

Amount below  10,000USD, 40% deposit, 60% balance 

Amount above 10,000USD, 30% deposit, 70% balance 

Installation 

Complete machine  delivery in wooden box package protect, you juse need connect the power cord and install the conveyor belt will be ok, we offer you drawings and videos instruction, client can finish the installation easily by themself 

Blades Lifespan

Generally the blades can be used for 12-24 months,depend on below

* What materials, if it's toughness to cut, whether it's clean or dirty with sand

* Cutting request, capacity and final size request

* Daily working hours

Maintenance Tips

* Please sharpening the blades according to our suggest
* Please put the machine in a open flat place, avoid tilt
* Running the empty machine for 30 minutes, after machine finish installation, to check if every parts works well
* Please do not try to fix or repare the machine yourself if any problem happen, pls contact us firstly, we will solver your problem in the frst time
* Avoid metal materials, that will hurt the blades
