Joful waste plastic shredder adopt two sets of cutter disks made of fine alloy steel to cut each other and the blade is made of special alloy steel which is very hard & durable,so that all kinds of soft and hard materials can be crushed.

We design diameter and thickness of blade as well as claws on blade base on the materials that clients need to shred, the capacity of machine is decided to the different crushing materials and discharge size. Normally for shredding soft type materials like plastic films,bags,waste clothes,textile scraps, the we use multi-claws blade,so materials can more easy be grab into shredding chamber and shred quickly so capacity is also large. 

Besides, for shredding soft type materials, we have pre shredder machines and crusher machines. Pre shredder machines can shred baled type soft materials and loose type soft materials. The crusher machines can crush loose type soft materials,and the final size can be around 1 mm.

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
