We have single shaft , double shaft and four shaft type shredder which are all can shred plastic waste. And base on different type plastic,capacity demand and output size request , we recommend different design and we also customize shredder base on each shred demand. There's one thing we need soft remind you is that the Joful shredder machine is mainly used as pre shredder for crushing plastic waste, they can shred plastic into small size flakes , if your final purpose is for granulation,then you will also need plastic crusher or plastic grinder ( to further reduce the plastic flakes into plastic powder ) and a granulator machine.

And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.

Plastic shredder principle
The material through the feeding system into the shredding chamber ,The material is taken up by the cutting rotor and shredded repeatedly against the stator blade, using the tried-and-tested rotor/stator principle. This continues until the desired size has been achieved and the material can pass through the perforated screen underneath.
How to choose suitable blade?
SW type knife body structure
applicable to tearing the general product, such as aluminum engine shell and other fragile material
VZ type knife body structure
applicable to tearing thin materials, such as packaging aluminum, car shell and so on.
Pineapple knife body structure
suitable for tearing circuit boards and other hard plastic, can tear the material to 10mm below the size.
