Offer testing videos,machine photos or support clients inspect machine themselves, after clients confirm all ok then transfer balance payment,during the same time prepare for the shipment
Offer machine loading photos and videos,container seal and bill of loading.
Inform Clients date of vessel departure and estimated date of vessel arrival
