The Joful cutting machine is designed  especially for almost all soft type materials recycling cutting, the working principle is different from regular single/double/four shaft shredder

The working principle is like a scissors, adopt with rotating twisted knife design, with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear (see below blades samples)

Adopt 8P cutting motor, lower rotating speed, higher cutting power, the cutting power is double compare with 4P motor 

You need to sharpen blades regularly, we will suggest you sharpening frequency according to the materials you cut and daily working hours, pls following our suggestion

Payment

30% deposit, 70% balance after you check and test the finish machine, before delivery

Generally 10-60 months, mainly dependent on below 

* What materials you need to cut 

* Daily working hours 

* With mesh or not, mesh size
