3. It adopts PLC control system, automatic overload protection and auto reverse switch,so it's very safe to use.

4. The outer frame is made of super thick plates with mixed structure after intensified processing, equipped with powerful hexagonal rotation axis with wide angles and huge-diameter inlet so that huge raw materials may be put inside and crushed.

5. The shredder can be customized according to customer specific requirements for throughput volume& final size request.

Working principle of double shaft shredder

The material through the feeding system (belt conveyor,manual feeding or forklift feeding) into the shredding chamber ,The material is taken up by the cutting rotor and shredded repeatedly against the stator blade, using the tried-and-tested rotor/stator principle.
